On October 7th, 2013, we started the 1st METALSINOS' RECREATIONAL COMPETITION. The purpose of this Recreational Competition was to promote integration among employees and make them give some thought to their health and that of their families.
"HEALTHY COMPANY"- This was the slogan of the Internal Week for the Prevention of Accidents at Work in 2013, which closed on October 19th, parallel to the Children's Party, and gathered some 700 people , mostly employees and their families.
We would like to thank everyone in the community, as well as our employees and teams that participated by bringing in non-perishable food items. With this support, 1,564 kg (3,448 lb) of food were collected. We hereby inform that the teams themselves will give this food away to families that were left homeless because of the flooding that struck our cities.
We would also like to thank the team members of the Industry Social Service (SESI) of Sapiranga, who helped us organize this event, which was a success!
